Exercising has been proven to be effective in helping ADHD individuals relief symptoms such as inability to focus, hyperactive and poor movement coordination. Physical activity is critical to ADHD rehabilitation.
Our strength and conditioning training is designed to help ADHD individuals improve physical ability, improve attention span, learning ability and emotional stability. ​

Cardiovascular Training
To improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. Also to created adaptation in the brain to improve attention and mood regulation.

Strength Training
Effectively building muscle strength through modified weight training tailored to the skill levels of ADHD individuals, thereby further enhancing body control and physical capabilities.

Coordination and balance Training
Challenge the brain's coordination and balance system to enhance body awareness and brain function.
