Jackey graduated from the University of Queensland in Australia with a major in exercise and sport science. With expertise in correcting postures and addressing faulty training habits that lead to pain, Jackey also specializes in enhancing training efficiency and assisting clients in reaching their fitness and athletic objectives.

His extensive experience spans working with diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to the elderly and from individuals experiencing niggling pains to professional athletes. Notably, Jackey has worked with prominent figures such as Hong Kong premium league football players and the Hong Kong women's handball team.

In a pioneering move, Jackey collaborates with Joanne Ha Speech Pathology Clinic, integrating the Neuromotor Speech Programming (NSP) model with exercise science. Through this innovative approach, he develops tailored exercise therapy for children with ADHD, aiming to promote physical tranquility and enhance cognitive processing abilities.
