I have loved sports since I was a child, and basketball has always been my favorite. My idols are Michael Jordan and LeBron James. I used to dream of one day having the incredible jumping ability to dunk and dominate on the court just like them.

However, when I was young, due to a lack of proper sports knowledge, I trained blindly, which resulted in severe knee wear and injuries. It was precisely because of this experience that I developed a strong interest in sports science and decided to study it and find a more effective ways to train and improve athletic performance.

This experience became the starting point of my career in the fitness profession and made me realize that our bodies have far more potential than we imagine. Many people assume that because of age or past injuries, they can never fully recover to their previous condition. But in reality, as long as the right training methods are applied, many seemingly impossible things can eventually be achieved.

I hope to use my understanding and experience in exercise and sports to help more people break through their limitations, regain confidence, and achieve their fitness goal
