Graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia, Jackey is a certified Exercise Scientist registered in Australia. He also holds credentials as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) from profounded American exercise and sport associations.
He previously served as a strength and conditioning coach in Australia and has hands-on experience working in collaboration with physiotherapists. Jackey specializes in helping individuals restore functional movement after injury, thereby enhancing overall athletic performance. He is skilled in optimizing movement, improving body alignment, enhancing physical capabilities, and promote holistic health from the inside out.
In addition to the general population, his clientele includes injury rehabilitation patients and professional athletes, such as members of the Hong Kong national football team and the women’s handball team.
